How to get rid of hiccups

Nothing is more annoying than hearing some one’s hiccups; it might be funny at the beginning but later it starts to get serious specially when the suffering level rises up,  so next time when you are in trouble remember this

1-Drink some honey:
drinking a teaspoon will give your moth a sweet flavour and will relax   the vagus nerve and stop diaphragm spasms that cause hiccups (not advisable for diabetics), if that does not work try some think stingy like lemon.
2-Hold your breath:
this one is the oldest trick I know, simply hold your breath as long as you can, make sure you close your nose, till your body wants to release Carbone dioxide, of course  if you start to feel dizzy you should stop, don’t worry there still more ways to come.
3- Putting fingers behind ear:
another method is to press with finger on the soft spot behind your ear, this will send signals to diaphragm to make it relax, try this for about 30 seconds.
4-Pulling out your tong:
open your mouth widely and pull out your tongue, this will allow you to breathe easily and will have effects similar to number 1.
5-Drinking water:
this one is a classic just try it and it might work.
6-breath in a paper bag:
this trick will increase Carbone dioxide level in the body which the brain will translate as suffocation, and like this the body will start to take deeper breathes which in turn will stop the tension on the diaphragm.
Bonus:  Get Scared
it is said that sudden excitement is the reason got hiccups in the first place, it may require again to get rid of it. If you happen to be around friends when you get hiccups, scaring you shouldn’t be hard to arrange, but if you’re alone, try scaring yourself by watching something scary.
